Construction Progress – March

🏗️ Construction works at Chronometri are progressing continuously.
 

Block I:
Wall and column concreting is currently underway on the 9th floor. The monolithic reinforced concrete structure of two underground parking levels and eight floors has already been completed.
 

Block II:
The 6th floor slab installation has been completed. At this stage, the construction of two underground parking levels and five commercial floors has been finished.
 

The project will be completed in June 2027.
 

Chronometri’s partner is Bank of Georgia.
